Thomas Weber
President
I began my career at Cushing-Malloy, Inc. in 1971, part time while attending
college. I had the opportunity to work in several manufacturing areas, gaining
experience in nearly every aspect of the production process. Upon graduation, I
moved into the office area beginning a long career working in the customer
service/estimating/sales area, as well as administration. My production
experience provided me with a sound foundation in understanding the business
and industry.
I have served in the positions of Vice President of Sales, Executive Vice
President and currently the President of Cushing-Malloy, Inc. In addition to my
corporate duties, I am still actively involved with the customers that I
established close relationships with for many years.
I have also been married for 35 years; have two grown sons and one grandson.

Debbie Sayers
Vice President
I began working with C-M books (Cushing-Malloy, Inc.) in 1977. I worked in the
planning department for 20 years, thanks to the company's strong support in the
importance of family I was able to spend 10 of those years working at home so I
could raise my children. I then returned to the shop full time and moved to the
estimating/sales/customer service side of book printing, although I still
remain very involved on the production side of things. With my knowledge of the
complete process of book manufacturing I have learned along the way I have now
taken the position of Vice President of C-M Books and am very involved on the
marketing and future of our company. I am very excited about the future of our
industry and our part in it.
I have been married 28 years, have two grown children and two puppies.
My husband and I enjoy camping with our puppies in the summer months.

Ashley Rebandt
Marketing Director
My story with book manufacturing (which is short compared to most) began with
C-M books in 2007 when I got a job working as their front office receptionist.
This job was my first insight into the world of book printing. From there I
became the accounts receivable manager and was able to increase my knowledge a
little more. Since then I have been fortunate enough to have been taken under
the wing of all the sales staff here (who have a combined 150 years experience
in printing) to be trained in the customer service/estimating department while
working as the company marketing director. I will be attending many industry
trade shows and would like to meet you; please view our events page to see when
we will be in your area. In my free time I enjoy taking walks with my husband
of 3 years and our two dogs Smudge & Lola.
